Coast City is the main headquarters of Titans Northeast which is located in Maine. The city is split in four different regions. A beach region (South), a factory region (East), a country region (West) and a city region (North). The city has therefor been cut into four regions, and each of them has one Titan protector from the Titans Northeast (The beach side has two). An odd girl can also be found in the sewers of the City region.
